How do I switch from a Quick Account to a Full Account?

At the Login Page on our website www.dzip.ca, type in your phone number used at the depot.

From there enter in your email address used (if it does not already populate) and add your mailing address.

Create a unique password, check off Terms and Conditions and click the create account button.

You now have a full account created where you can schedule pick up orders, see a total of the Fast Drop orders you have done, and request e-transfer payments.


If you wish to change it to a cash account, you can click on change account type, and put in a request.

Note: if you have a pending E-transfer or outstanding Depozip payments, we can't change the account to a cash account, due to cash payments being depot specific.


Also note that you can not change the account type more than once every 6 months.
