How can I trust that my order is sorted accurately?

Our sorters are fully trained and accurate in their processing. We monitor to ensure they are held to the highest standard.

When you come to pick up your processed ticket, you will receive a full receipt with every item listed, the count and the deposit amount, along with any garbage (if any.)

If you do have concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team at 604-850-0005 as soon at possible or via email at support@dzip.ca. We may not be able to review the order it if it's too long after it was completed.
