How long does it take to get paid?

Once we pick-up your containers, it will be delivered to our sorting depot for processing. This process usually takes 48 – 72 hours before you see your account balance reflect the new total. 

However, depending on volume and other factors, sometimes it may take longer. Please reach out to support if you haven't seen an update in over a week so that we can immediately investigate.

If you have over $25 on your account balance, you can request an e-transfer. Payments will be processed on a weekly basis.
